What is leadership coaching?

Yes! All coaching sessions will be confidential and are bound by the principles of confidentiality set forth in the International Coach Federation Code of Ethics.

The Blue heron represents patience, wisdom, and grace. It symbolizes the balance between action and stillness, stability, and self-reliance. My coaching style reflects these traits and I help my clients find the balance between these traits.
